I can't agree more. Especially since a started using a Handspring Treo180. Now that I've switched to a pa1mOne Treo650, I'm ever more pleased with it. Yes it's as big as a brick but then there's much much more functions than your average phone. Not to mention a bigger screen as well. Yes, the camera's (quite) crap and it crashes, on average, 10 times a week, but I love it. Those are just some stuff that's worth sacrificing for such a brilliant phone. The keyboard is addictive, by the way. I sent much more text messages in a week that what I used to in a year after I switched to Treo180. Ooh...looks nice to put up a short user review here as well. 650's keyboard is, I must admit, not as nice as 180's keyboard. It feels more soft, while 180's feels sturdy and tough. Nice improvement to the screen (160x160 4-bit Grayscale to 320x320 16-bit Colour)
Treo700p has finally arrived, though initially only available on Verizon/Sprint in the States, GSM versions will soon come. Not very attractive to existing 650 users, especially when there's a rumor that there will be a firmware upgrade that turns the 650 into a 700p, more or less (function-wise). So, 650 prices will drop, making it even more attractive. I am quite interested in the new "Ultralight? Wireless Headset" though.
Hope it works better than the old "Treo? Wireless Headset". I have one, and it's quite crap. My old SonyEricsson HBH-35 is better. Unfortnately my mom took over that headset. Well, nothing I could do, really.
